What keeps me going in life is the liberty to travel and explore what each country has to offer. What amuses me the most is the level of hospitality that I receive whenever I do so at all the different hotels I've stayed in.
So I started out writing reviews on Trip Advisor. I continue to do so even now because I truly feel that people deserve to know what they're getting into when they assess these establishments online. I'm well into being a Senior Contributor and a few contributions short of leading the pack. After quite a hefty number of helpful votes that commensurate with my number of Trip Advisor contributions, I thought, what the heck, let's just blog it.
What you should know about me is that after having experienced many types of hotels from 0-5 stars, i can pretty much figure which ones are worth going back to and which should just quit and sell bananas instead. My taste grew from "I can live with crap" to "I deserve what I paid for, darn it."
So, here goes... my stays, dated back to 2011. And if I do remember other trips and stays prior to 2011, I'll post them intermittently.
By the way, I'm not paid to do this, and no, I'm not looking to compete with Trip Advisor.
